When the Millicoma School students returned from winter break on Monday, they came back to the addition of a brand new play structure and two new wall-ball walls on the playground.
Witnesses report that kids raced out of the building at recess to be the first on the new structure. The structure is sized for their age level and is naturally a very popular addition to the playground.
This structure is one of two that will be available to our students when the new Eastside School is completed this summer. The second structure will be sized for the kindergarten-2nd grade students and will be installed at the end of the project, once the entire playground area is paved and completed.
